The St. Timothy’s Middle School Chorus program is superior! The group recently performed at Kings Dominion’s annual Festival of Music. The festival provides an opportunity for choral groups to perform in front of nationally known adjudicators and composers who listen, evaluate, and provide valuable feedback.
The entire chorus, made up of 73 5th-8th graders, sang two songs, and then the 7th and 8th grade Vocal Ensemble performed two songs. Both groups received superior ratings—the highest possible—from the judges!
After the performances, the students were able to enjoy the amusement park for the rest of the day.
The Middle School Chorus is open to all fifth through eighth graders.
