The Giving Circle Program

Giving Circles are alliances that encourage broad participation and yield robust support for The STS Annual Fund. Members are among St. Timothy’s most transformative donors to the Annual Fund through a three-year pledge commitment. Participation in the Giving Circle Program creates a way for parents to connect with one another in support of essential fundraising initiatives.

The Importance of the Annual Fund

Annual Fund support enables us to continue to invest in cutting-edge educational programs, maintain and equip our campus and facilities, and support our outstanding faculty and staff who are dedicated to nurturing the potential of every student.

Annual Fund support plays a crucial role in our mission to provide an exceptional education rooted in the Episcopal tradition, and gifts have a direct and positive impact on our students, faculty, and programs. Annual giving enables us to continue fostering a nurturing and intellectually stimulating environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and socially, all of which enhance the overall educational experience we offer.

Giving Circles: Going Far by Going Together

It is rewarding when getting to know others who are also passionate about investing in the school. Giving Circles provide a way for members of the Titan community to be known to each other and to partner together, inviting others to join them.

Serve as Role Models

Those in the Giving Circles serve as role models to other parents. They lead by example. They stand “out in front,” model courage, model loyalty, and model what it looks like to invest in St. Timothy’s School.

Are Visible

Giving Circle members will be recognized at high-profile events, will be introduced at gatherings, and may be invited to speak at gatherings as well. The names of members of Giving Circles will be on the website and in school publications.

Reporting

Members will receive custom school updates via newsletter or meetings, three times annually.

Information will include an update on the school, special speakers, a review of prospective Giving Circle members, and strategy-setting for reaching out to other parents to join a Circle.

Benefits of Membership

The greatest benefit of membership in a Giving Circle is knowing that you are investing in children and investing in a school that for 66 years has been a nurturing community of academic excellence that instills the knowledge, skills, and values for a life of purpose for our students.

Other benefits include opportunities for interacting with an ever-expanding group of parents who are both thoughtful and bold in their giving; special invitations from the Head of School to events in the broader environment that are related to the education of children and adolescents; access to regular school updates; and recognition as a key investor in sustaining the legacy of this great school.
