The St. Timothy’s School Annual Fund is the foundation of the school’s yearly fundraising efforts. We are grateful to the many parents, grandparents, Board of Trustees, faculty and staff, alumni, and community friends who give to our school financially each year.
The Annual Fund touches so many aspects of the school, including the support of program enhancements and campus upgrades. The Annual Fund helps support athletics and the arts with equipment and supplies and the classrooms and media center with iPads, books and technology. The Annual Fund also supports critical and innovative professional development for our faculty and staff.
During the pandemic, Annual Fund gifts were used to invest in safe learning environments with the implementation of the following: additional faculty, upgraded and expanded wifi, water bottle filling stations, google jamboards, sanitizing and deep cleaning measures, purified air 24/7 and hand sanitizing stations.
Annual Fund dollars must be spent in the school year in which they are given, so the faculty and staff and students feel first-hand the immediate effects of Annual Fund support.
We aspire to 100% participation by our families, faculty and staff, and Board of Trustees. This achievement is critical to the financial health of St. Timothy’s School and to securing matching funds from corporations.

Annual Fund gifts support essential operations at St. Timothy’s, providing support for faculty, upgrading facilities to promote a safe teaching and learning environment, and enhancing the academic program. Your gifts are truly appreciated, not only because they make our school a stronger, more vibrant place, but because they also represent your confidence in St. Timothy’s School.
You will receive an acknowledgement letter in the mail and you will be recognized in the Annual Report—printed in fall issues of the St. Timothy’s magazine. Leadership donors, who give $1,000 or more, are invited to exclusive events throughout the year.

Titan’s Circle: $7,500 to $9,999
Chairman’s Honor Society: $5,000 to $7,499
1958 Society: $2,500 to $4,999
Headmaster’s List: $1,000 to $2,499

Honor Roll: $250 to $499
