Our application deadline for the 23-24 school year has passed. If you completed the application prior to our deadline, enrollment notifications will be available on February 17, 2023, for pre-k and kindergarten and March 3, 2023, for grades 1-8.
Any applications received after our deadline will be placed on hold. We will process additional applications if and when space becomes available.

- February 17, 2023: PK and K notification
- March 3, 2023: Grades 1-8 notification
- March 3, 2023: PK & K commit date
- March 17, 2023: Grades 1-8 commit date
- September 2023: Applications open
Please note that a $100.00 non-refundable application fee will be due at the time you submit your initial application.
What to Expect After Submitting Application
Assessment
An admissions assessment is required as part of our application process. You will be able to schedule this assessment online through the Admissions Portal.
Notification
St. Timothy’s is part of the Triangle Independent School Consortium (TISC). We adhere to the dates and deadlines set forth each year by this group. Please refer to the dates listed above.
The window of notification for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten 23-24 applications is between February 10 – 17, 2023, with a commitment date of March 3, 2023.
For Grades 1-8 23-24 applications, the window of notification is between February 24 – March 3, with a commitment date of March 17, 2023.
Applicants with current St. Timothy’s siblings already in attendance will receive an earlier notification in order to make a decision collectively.
