St. Timothy's student picking out a book in the library

We are excited about your interest in St. Timothy’s School, and our Admissions Team is here to help with a smooth and meaningful application process. We offer a highly personalized approach that exemplifies St. Timothy’s School values.

Our applications for the 24-25 school year open in September. Our first-round application deadline has now passed. We continue to process applications on a rolling basis for grades with available spaces. Please contact [email protected] to enquire about availability for specific grades.

Our admissions committee reviews all completed applications to determine an appropriate match between the student and St. Timothy’s School that is in keeping with our mission, vision, and values. All candidates are reviewed and assessed by considering the following factors:

  • Developmental readiness, or level of academic achievement, of the candidate
  • Evidence of the candidate’s potential to excel academically and benefit from the school’s programs
  • Evaluation of the candidate’s interpersonal skills and their ability to adjust to the Titan community
  • Evidence of parental cooperation and support

Application Process

The first step in our application process is to complete our online inquiry form.

You will then receive an email asking you to create an account for our admissions portal.

We invite you to join us to tour our beautiful campus. During our information session, you will meet with our senior leadership team and meet student and parent ambassadors. You will also have the opportunity to observe our students at work and at play as you tour our campus.

These events are aimed at parents but we encourage students applying to middle school to accompany their parents. We will provide other opportunities for younger students to explore our campus throughout the admissions process.

You can sign up for a tour through our online inquiry form, or the admissions portal. Please contact the Admissions Team for more information.

Please login to your Admissions Portal to begin the application process. There is a $100 non-refundable application fee. Once the fee is paid, the application will open up and ask you to complete the following steps:

  • Household information
  • Student Information
  • Student Photograph
  • Birth Certificate
  • Family Information

Students applying for grades 1-8 are asked to upload their student’s most recent report card to the admissions portal.

For students applying to grades 5-8, we ask that parents enter their current math and English teachers’ email addresses into the admissions portal so that we can send them a recommendation form to complete.

In addition, we ask for any standardized test scores to be uploaded to the admissions portal.

Students applying to grades 1-8 are required to visit a classroom of their current grade level. Students applying to first grade will visit until 12:45 pm and all other students will spend the whole day with us. This gives them an opportunity to experience life as a Titan for themselves.

Visits can be scheduled through the admissions portal.
