  • November 2022: Admissions assessments begin
  • January 13, 2023:  Financial aid deadline
  • January 27, 2023:  First round application deadline – email admissions@sttimothys.org to inquire about space
  • February 17, 2023:  PK and K notification
  • March 3, 2023:  Grades 1-8 notification
  • March 3, 2023:  PK & K commit date
  • March 17, 2023:  Grades 1-8 commit date

Please note that a $100.00 non-refundable application fee will be due at the time you submit your initial application.

What to Expect After Submitting Application

Assessment

An admissions assessment is required as part of our application process. You will be able to schedule this assessment online through the Admissions Portal. 

Notification

St. Timothy’s is part of the Triangle Independent School Consortium (TISC). We adhere to the dates and deadlines set forth each year by this group. Please refer to the dates listed above.

The window of notification for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten is between February 10 – 17, 2023, with a commitment date of March 3, 2023.

For Grades 1-8, the window of notification is between February 24 – March 3, with a commitment date of March 17, 2023.

Applicants with current St. Timothy’s siblings already in attendance will receive an earlier notification in order to make a decision collectively.
