St. Timothy’s School respects the privacy of all visitors to our website (sttimothys.org) as well as those who subscribe to our newsletters, submit forms, and make donations to St. Timothy’s School, financial or otherwise. On this website as well as through our online data management system (Veracross), we only collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor. Your personal information will never be sold, leased, or rented to any third party. Parents of currently enrolled students can opt out of receiving marketing messages related to your prospective student(s).  Parents will still receive emails or text messages containing school-related and emergency information.

Prospective parents may choose to opt out of these messages by unsubscribing through a link included in the messages we send you. Prospective parents can opt-out at any time by contacting .

St. Timothy’s School will not share our donors’ personal information with anyone else. This policy applies to both online and offline donors. St. Timothy’s School Messaging Terms & Conditions for Prospective Parents

General

Parents of currently enrolled students can opt out of receiving marketing messages related to your prospective student(s). Parents will still receive emails or text messages containing school-related and emergency information. 

St. Timothy’s School will send marketing messages by email and/or text to parents who have inquired about enrolling their child at St. Timothy’s School when they opt-in for the service. When you opt in, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from St. Timothy’s School. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with St. Timothy’s School. St. Timothy’s School reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. St. Timothy’s School also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.

You can also cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from St. Timothy’s School again, just sign up as you did the first time and St. Timothy’s School will start sending messages to you again.
